		<description>i really don&#039;t think it&#039;s a &quot;massive&quot; controversy. i love Jamie, but he flat out wasn&#039;t producing, so it&#039;s time for a change. in no way is this move set in stone. he could be back in the rotation by September. should he have spoke up? probably not, but if Montgomery and Amaro said they wouldn&#039;t do this to him, it makes sense why he&#039;s upset. he isn&#039;t tearing apart the clubhouse, he just being a little pissy.</description>
