They had the option to keep both Lee and Haladay, but as Amaro Jr. said, "It was a baseball decision." They could have resigned Lee in 2010. The Phillies need to focus on their 3rd 4th and 5th spots on the rotation. Luckily they got Dany Baez to improve their bullpen, just incase Ligde and Madson screw up.
