		<description>No one is saying it&#039;s a good idea. It&#039;s the only way out of the cap hell they&#039;re in. Management has already messed things up, it&#039;s the only way to fix things. You have to get &quot;rid&quot; of your trash. And to do that you have to give up some value along with it. Did you not read the article all the way through before voicing your opinion? It&#039;s pretty straight forward, and teams do it all the time.</description>

		<description>Mike, that&#039;s the dumbest idea yet. If Delembert or Brand have no &quot;value&quot; to the Sixers, why should they have value to some other team? Getting &quot;rid&quot; of them by moving your best young players also makes less sence. It&#039;s up to management to get the most out of the players and develop the young guys into stars. That&#039;s the coach&#039;s job, if the coach has the capability to do it. The Sixers have slipped into mediocrity over a period of many years basically because of bad coaching. Great coaching can overcome a lot of faults. It&#039;s not easy. You need a guy with the brains and discipline to make it happen.</description>
