If Delembert or Brand have no "value" to the Sixers, why should they have value to some other team? Getting "rid" of them by moving your best young players also makes less sence. It's up to management to get the most out of the players and develop the young guys into stars. That's the coach's job, if the coach has the capability to do it. The Sixers have slipped into mediocrity over a period of many years basically because of bad coaching. Great coaching can overcome a lot of faults. It's not easy.
